The fact is that not every housewife knows exactly when to add salt while cooking pasta.

Some people prefer to do this at the very beginning, when the water is still cold, while others are sure that you can add the bulk product right before serving the dish. This is a mistake. The taste and consistency of the pasta will suffer.
