The list of products consists of:

  • 1 kg chicken fillet;
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 5 g salt.

Preparation

1. Garlic is pressed or crushed as finely as possible in any convenient way. Then the mass is mixed with mayonnaise and salt.

2. Cut the meat into large cubes and add to the marinade. Mix the fillet pieces thoroughly in the mixture so that they are well soaked.

3. After this, the meat is put on skewers and placed on the prepared grill.

This recipe will work if you select the freshest and highest quality products. For example, old garlic will not give the same juiciness and taste as young garlic, which will already reduce the quality of the final result.
