Chicken breast is considered the most dietary of meat ingredients. It is boiled or baked and served with a side dish of vegetables or with porridge.
There is an interesting salad with chicken breast and fresh vegetables. The dish is simple and filling, and very easy to prepare.
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- lettuce - 1 bunch;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and boil/fry until done.
2. Cut cucumbers into cubes or circles, tomatoes into cubes, and onions into thin half rings.
3. Cut the lettuce into large pieces.
4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix the salad thoroughly and serve.
