Another advantage of this dish is that it can be cooked not only in the oven, but also on coals.
Mackerel is considered to be something between pollock and trout. It is usually fried in a frying pan, but the dish will change dramatically if you bake the fish in a special marinade.
If you don’t take into account the mackerel carcasses, the list of products looks like this:
1. The carcasses are washed and cut up.
2. Next, move on to preparing the marinade. Chop the garlic and then mix it in a convenient bowl with soy sauce, sour cream and spices.
3. Coat the fish with marinade on all sides and leave for at least 15 minutes.
4. Place the marinated mackerel in foil "boats". Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the fish in there for 30 minutes.
If the dish is cooked on the grill, it takes about 20 minutes to bake.
To marinate the mackerel faster, cooks make cuts on the back.
Spices are chosen according to taste, but in this case the chefs recommend paprika, coriander and black pepper.
