Many people love pies with meat or vegetable filling.
However, not all gourmets dare to prepare such a dish.
The thing is that you need to knead the dough. And this process is long and tedious.
However, you can cheat and not bother with preparing the flour base at all. Oddly enough, this is quite possible.
The culinary life hack is very simple: you need to use thin lavash.
You can make a delicious layered pie using this ingredient. And you won't have to mess around with the dough.
First, you need to prepare the filling. It can be stewed cabbage or minced meat with onions. Or you can prepare both.
Any of these products must be pre-processed in a frying pan.
The cabbage ingredient should be stewed until the chopped vegetable becomes soft.
The minced meat and chopped onion should be processed until the meat component is no longer raw.
Next you need to make the filling: without it the pie will be drier and less tasty. For 100 milliliters of milk - a couple of eggs and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
Assembling the pie is quite simple: first, you need to cover the baking dish with a whole sheet of lavash. Then you need to put some of the filling.
After this, you need to put another half or quarter of the lavash sheet, and then pour in a little filling.
Thus, layer by layer, the dish will be assembled. The flour component should be on top, covered with the remains of the egg-milk-sour cream mixture.
The resulting "construction" should be sent to the oven for a quarter of an hour. The pie should be baked at a temperature of 180 degrees.
