Finely chop the peeled onion and fry it with thinly sliced mushrooms – 5 minutes is enough in a frying pan.
Now you can start filling the pots. The first layer is chicken, then potatoes, and on top - mushrooms and onions. Pour the contents of the dish with a creamy filling made from cream, water, salt, pepper and spices.
All that's left is to pour grated cheese into the pots and you can put the dish in the oven for an hour. Cooking temperature is 180 degrees.
