Considering that Mediterranean cuisine is considered the healthiest, we will tell you how to make gazpacho. This is a Spanish soup with vegetables, funchose and crab meat.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender along with the onion, basil and garlic, cucumber and baked pepper (peeled).
Then add olive oil and beat the ingredients until smooth.
Salt, spices, hot pepper, and Tabasco sauce with sugar can be added to taste.
The soup is cooled in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
By the time it has steeped, you need to fry the funchose in a large amount of oil, cut the crab meat (canned is fine) and put it on a plate, add the funchose and fresh cucumber cut into pieces, and then pour in the cold tomato base.
Before serving, garnish with lettuce leaves.
