In most cases, eggs are added to the composition of syrniki without any discussion, since the components need to be “fastened” together with something.
Otherwise, many housewives fear that a tasty dish will simply fall apart during frying.
However, eggs are often "blamed" for making cheesecakes too tough.
As it turns out, replacing eggs is not difficult. For example, an overripe banana will do the job perfectly. Take one fruit per half a kilo of cottage cheese. First, it needs to be pureed. A blender or even a simple fork will help with this task.
If you want to make the dish tasty and healthy, then instead of eggs it is quite acceptable to add oat flour. If you don’t have it, you can simply grind the flakes.
As a rule, for a standard portion of syrniki (using 500 grams of cottage cheese) you need to measure out about one hundred grams of oat flour.
