The success of preparing fried dishes largely depends solely on one factor - the quality of the frying pan.
Not every housewife can boast of having decent cookware.
If food sticks to the frying pan, it is difficult to prepare a decent dish - the food simply falls apart during the cooking process.
However, there is a way to cook in any pan without food sticking to the pan.
First, you need to spread regular salt of any grind in an even thin layer on the bottom of the frying pan. Then light the stove and begin to fry it carefully.
The salt does not need to be processed for long.
As soon as you notice that the color is becoming a little rusty, the product can be safely removed.
Then pour in the oil. As soon as the characteristic light smoke appears, you can turn off the stove. Drain the oil. As soon as the dishes cool down a little, you will need to carefully process them with a paper towel.
After these manipulations, the frying pan is ready for cooking.
