How to cook delicious pasta with minced meat: a simple recipe, but it turns out divine

This recipe is the best thing that can happen to pasta when you need to make a delicious and nutritious lunch in a hurry.

Pasta with minced meat is a classic dish, the recipe of which can be slightly improved. A few new ingredients and 15-20 minutes of extra time give a dish that is not inferior to a restaurant one.

Ingredients

The list of products consists of:

  • 400 g minced meat;
  • 300 g pasta;
  • 150 g cheese (hard variety);
  • 700 g tomatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • salt and spices.

Preparation

1. Boil the pasta until done, then drain the water.

2. While the main ingredient is cooking, fry the onion in hot oil. Then add the chopped garlic and keep the ingredients for another half a minute.

3. Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water. The skin is removed from the fruit and the pulp is finely chopped. Tomatoes are mixed with onions and garlic. Ingredients are salted, peppered and stewed under a lid for 15 minutes.

4. In a separate frying pan, fry the minced meat until done. Season the meat component with salt, pepper and spices (for example, oregano and basil).

5. Next, mix the pasta, minced meat and vegetable part. Put all this in a greased form and cover with a layer of grated cheese.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake the pasta with minced meat for 25 minutes.
