This is a simplified version of Italian lasagna, where any type of pasta can be used.
If you do everything right, you will have a casserole with a golden cheese crust on the table. And vegetables and greens will complement the culinary masterpiece.
The list of products for an alternative version of lasagna consists of:
1. Chop the onion and garlic finely, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove, then add onion and carrot. Then add garlic and fry the three vegetables for another 1 minute.
3. Onion, garlic and carrot are mixed with raw minced meat, egg is added. The preparation is salted and peppered, basil and paprika are added. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
4. Boil the pasta until half-cooked, dividing it into three parts.
5. Place one portion of the pasta in a baking dish, then half of the minced meat, then another portion of the pasta and the remaining half of the minced meat. Cover all of this with a third of the pasta.
6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top. Cook the lasagne in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Any minced meat can be used for lasagna.
The finished casserole is decorated with fresh herbs (spinach, cilantro, basil, parsley).
