The thing is that this recipe only calls for chicken and salt.

It takes a little more than ten minutes to prepare, and the rest of the time you just have to wait for the bird to finish cooking in the oven. Incredibly simple.

How to cook

First, you need to choose a suitable bird carcass. It is desirable that there are no cuts or puncture marks on the body and skin, which may indicate additional processing with brines and other tricks.

The skin should be light pink and slightly yellowish, elastic, and the pores should not be very wide.

If the skin is defatted and pale, it is possible that it is a stale carcass that has been soaked in a soda solution.

Secondly, the chicken needs to be washed thoroughly, removing any remaining feathers and entrails if necessary, and then dried on paper towels.

Thirdly, the legs and wings will need to be covered with foil, otherwise they will burn. Then we choose a suitable form, pour a kilogram of salt into it, put the chicken in and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at the temperature recommended by the manufacturer of household appliances.
