As a rule, the gravy is prepared in approximately the same way. However, you can slightly change the usual recipe to make the sauce even more interesting and unusual.
First, you need to chop any selected meat component and fry it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then add chopped onion and mix the components.
Next, you need to dilute the wheat flour in a glass of water and add it to the onions with meat or chicken.
At this stage, the mixture is thoroughly mixed and cooked under a lid over low heat for a quarter of an hour.
Then you need to add spices and salt. Next, combine sour cream with a couple of spoons of mustard and add to the gravy. You can take a classic sauce, especially if you like spicy dishes. You can also use French mustard.
In 10 minutes the tasty and aromatic gravy will be ready.
