  • one tablespoon of oil.

Preparation:

Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar and salt. Beat eggs, pour in water and oil.

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth mass without lumps. The dough should not be thick, but not too liquid either.

Let the dough sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Prepare a suitable frying pan. Heat it well with a little oil.

Start frying. Pour the dough in portions. Adjust the thickness of the dough to your liking.
