The Soviet era is becoming increasingly popular. Elements of decor and clothing are coming back into fashion, and Soviet cuisine is still considered the standard.
Here is a recipe for a forgotten dish that was served in every cafeteria in the 80s.
The defrosted minced meat is fried in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
Peel and finely chop the onion, then add it to the pan 3 minutes after you start frying it with the minced meat.
We do the same with the celery, press the garlic and add the vegetables to the pan with the minced meat and onions.
Cook for another two minutes and add tomato paste, water (broth), salt and spices.
Boil the spaghetti and when ready, add it to the frying pan with the minced meat and vegetables and after 5 minutes remove the frying pan from the heat.
Place the pasta on plates, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Bon appetit!
