But the situation is quite fixable. It is enough to subject the stale spices to a certain type of processing.

As a result, spices will be returned to their main “ability” - to improve the taste of certain dishes.

There is another effective way: put the spices in the microwave for a few seconds.

In both cases, the spices will become aromatic again.

Thus, the product will again be able to act as a flavor enhancer for soups, side dishes, etc.

However, it is worth paying attention to the following fact: the effect of heat treatment does not last as long as we would like.

This means that it is advisable to use the heated spice immediately.

At least, you don't need to heat up all the "exhausted" herbs at once. You need to do it in portions.
