Pies can have different fillings and not necessarily sweet or meaty. A great combination is boiled eggs with green onions.
The fastest are considered to be filled pies. Such recipes are a great help when there is no time for something large-scale, but the quality does not suffer from this.
First, it is better to prepare the filling, for which cut the green onions and boiled eggs into large cubes. Then add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Then you need to melt 20 grams of butter and add to the filling.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and mix 2 raw eggs in a bowl and add another raw egg white, sour cream, salt, sugar and mix with a mixer or whisk.
Sift the flour and add baking powder, vegetable oil and mix the dough.
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour in half of the dough. Then distribute the filling evenly and pour in the remaining dough.
Grease the top with the remaining raw yolk mixed with 1 tbsp. milk.
Bake for 40-50 minutes and serve.
