Not all housewives prepare gravy, since it sometimes takes too much time.
However, a decent sauce for a side dish or cutlets can be easily prepared in just ten minutes.
This recipe is slightly different from the classic gravy, but has a decent texture and pleasant taste.
- 2 tablespoons of refined oil, sour cream and tomato paste;
- about 20 grams of butter;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 1.5 cups of broth or water;
- spices, salt and herbs.
First, heat a frying pan with refined vegetable oil and melt the butter. After that, add flour in portions and use a whisk to try to achieve homogeneity.
Next, add the tomato paste and almost immediately add the broth (a glass). At this stage, it is extremely important to work well with a whisk so that the texture of the gravy turns out decent.
The whole procedure is carried out on low heat. You will notice that the sauce becomes thicker, so add the rest of the broth.
We add additional ingredients - salt, selected spices and herbs, and season with sour cream.
After two minutes you can turn off the stove.
