How to beat egg whites if your mixer is broken and your whisk is lost: a reliable method

Egg whites whipped into a stiff foam are one of the essential ingredients for preparing various dishes.

In order to “extract” the necessary ingredients, a mixer or, at worst, a whisk is usually used.

But sometimes it happens that the necessary tools are not at hand.

But even in such a situation, there is no need to despair - all you will need is two of the simplest forks.

Let's note right away: it's hardly possible to call this process simple, but the effort will definitely be worth it - you won't find any difference between the whites whipped with forks and those whipped with "special tools".

So, carefully separate the whites from the yolks and place them in a deep container.

Now take two forks and connect them, placing the prongs towards each other.

Gently stir the contents of the bowl, gradually increasing the speed.

All that remains is to add the required amount of sugar and continue whisking until you achieve the desired consistency.
