If your soul is craving something fried, fatty and salty, then you should prepare chebureki with one “secret ingredient”.
The juicy and aromatic filling will make even vegans lick their lips.
For chebureki, they choose only the highest quality and freshest meat, and they also don’t forget about onions. The full list of ingredients looks like this:
It is the broth that is the “secret ingredient”.
This is where the filling preparation begins. The meat is boiled over low heat with vegetables – peeled onions and carrots.
If you don't want to mess around with the broth, there is a simplified version. Pour a little more than half a glass of water into the pan.
Bring the liquid to a boil, then add 1 large or 2 small bay leaves. Keep the pan on the stove for another 1 minute.
While the broth is cooling, work on the mince. The meat is minced, the onion is chopped. The vegetable is salted and peppered, and then thoroughly mashed to release the juice.
Mix the onion and mince, then pour in the cooled water with bay leaf or broth. Mix the mixture and then put it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes. After an hour, you can start making the chebureks.
