What is the secret method of preparation?

If you want the meat to remain juicy, then instead of boiling the finished fillet, you should give preference to the breast. With this approach, the quality of the meat will be noticeably higher.

Almost immediately you can add a small spoon of salt, a bay leaf, some basil, a couple of peppercorns, a clove of garlic, a small onion and a little paprika.

It can take 30 to 40 minutes to cook a chicken breast. You can easily check the readiness of the dish with a toothpick.
