But there is an easier way that will allow you to achieve the desired result while saving time.

What needs to be done for this?

First of all, you should prepare the onion. For half a kilo of meat, you can safely take two medium-sized onions. It is best to cut the onion coarsely so that it gives more juice during the frying process. Thanks to this, the meat will be much tastier and softer.

Pour oil into the frying pan and start frying the onion. Add a small spoon of soda, stir and fry on low heat for 5-5 minutes.

We send the meat and stir the dish again. You can increase the fire a little.

For this cooking method, it is better to divide the meat into small pieces. Cook the dish under the lid for 20 minutes. Then add a little salt and black pepper.
