Agree, it often happens that a good half of the pot of pasta cooked the day before remains uneaten.

To avoid throwing away food and to avoid feeding your family the same dish for several days, try making a real pie from yesterday's pasta.

To do this you will need:

  • 350 g boiled pasta;
  • 300 g cheese;
  • 350 g ham;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 250 ml cream (can be replaced with milk);
  • salt and spices to taste.

So, the ham should be chopped, 250 g of cheese should be cut into thin slices, and the remaining 50 g should be grated on a coarse grater.

Break eggs into a bowl, add cream and salt. Nutmeg will go well with the dish – it should be added at this stage.

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove and pour it into the cooked pasta, after which they should be thoroughly mixed.

Now we can start forming our pie. The form greased with vegetable oil must be filled with layers of pasta, ham and cheese. Repeat until the products run out.

Pour the future pie with a mixture of eggs and milk, sprinkle with cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
