Children obediently eat vegetable dishes until they learn to talk. After that, vegetables are consumed with threats, especially when it comes to varieties of cabbage.

Here's a fun recipe for cauliflower steak with a cheese crust. Just don't tell the kids what it's made of.

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 cauliflower inflorescence;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 1 tsp paprika;
  • 1 tsp coriander (ground);
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 6 tbsp oil;
  • 80 gr. cheese (parmesan);
  • 160 gr. cheese (mozzarella).

How to cook

We disassemble the cauliflower inflorescence and cut it into 2-3 cm thick layers.
