Rassolnik is a soup that everyone has known since childhood. Its salty taste is to many people's liking.

Chicken carcass – 1 piece.
Water – 2.5 liters.
Bay leaf – 1 piece.
Black pepper – 3 peas.
Millet – 4 tablespoons.
Potatoes – 3 tubers.
Onion – 1 piece.
Pickled cucumber – 3 pieces.
Flour – 1 tablespoon.
Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons.
Salt to taste.
The chicken must be put into water, add salt and peppercorns, bay leaf, and cook for an hour. Then you need to take out the carcass and remove the meat from it.
The broth needs to be strained. You will need to add potatoes, cut into cubes beforehand, and millet. These ingredients need to be cooked for 20 minutes.
To prepare the frying, you need to put chopped onions, carrots and cucumbers in a frying pan. After 15 minutes, add flour and a ladle of broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
The resulting mixture should be added to the soup along with the meat, then cooked for another 5 minutes.
