There are many preparations made in the summer. Canning cucumbers is something that all housewives strive to do.
This vegetable is often pickled and stored throughout the winter. It can be used as a snack.
There is a dish with pickles that is definitely worth making if you still have some left over.
Beef – 300 grams;
Potatoes – 3 pieces;
Carrots – 2 pieces;
Chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
Onion – 2 heads;
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
Pickled cucumber – 2 pieces;
Cheese – 80 grams;
Mayonnaise to taste.
Beef should be boiled for 1.5 hours in boiling water. Carrots and potatoes should be cooked in the same way, but for 30 minutes, eggs – 10 minutes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. It should become golden brown.
Eggs, cheese, cucumbers, carrots and potatoes should be grated. Meat and cucumbers should be cut into small pieces.
Prepared products should be laid out in layers in a certain sequence: potatoes, cucumbers, meat, onions and carrots. Each layer should be covered with a mayonnaise mesh.
The finished dish is sprinkled with eggs and cheese and placed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
