Cheese cream soup with sausages and cabbage

Onion – 1 head.
Garlic – 3 cloves.
Cauliflower – 500 grams.
Chicken broth – 500 ml.
Bouillon cube – 1 piece.
Butter – 2 tablespoons.
Broccoli – 300 grams.
Sausages – 8 pieces.
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
Heavy cream – 900 ml.
Cheddar – 300 grams.
Red pepper flakes – ½ teaspoon.

The garlic must be passed through a press.

Finely chopped onion should be put into a saucepan, add cauliflower, cube and pour broth over everything. When the liquid comes to a boil, continue cooking for 15 minutes.

In a frying pan, fry the broccoli with butter for 8 minutes. Add garlic about a minute before it is ready.

The sliced sausages need to be fried in a spoon of vegetable oil for a few minutes.

Add cream to the saucepan with cabbage, and after a few minutes, coarsely grated cheese. When it melts, puree everything with a blender.

Broccoli and sausages are added to the soup before serving.
