The list of products for making cutlets consists of:

  • chicken breast, fillet – 500 g;
  • onions – 1 bulb;
  • low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper, herbs – to taste.

How to prepare

1. Mince the chicken. Pass the onion through the meat or chop it with a blender.

2. The resulting mince is mixed with egg, cottage cheese, onion and spices. Additionally, chopped greens are added if desired.

3. Form the cutlets with wet hands, then place the patties on a non-stick frying pan. The surface should be dry.
