Sour milk pancakes

Sour milk – 1.5 liters.
Flour – 2 cups.
Egg – 1 piece.
Soda – ½ teaspoon.
Sugar – 2 tablespoons.
Salt – ¼ teaspoon.

The egg needs to be beaten with sugar and salt. After that, the mixture needs to be stirred and milk added.

When the mixture becomes homogeneous, you need to add flour, soda, slaked with boiling water, knead the dough and wait 15 minutes. After this time, you need to fry the pancakes in vegetable oil.

Muffins from leftover porridge

Flour – 1.5 cups.
Porridge (semolina or oatmeal) – 1 cup.
Milk – ½ cup.
Egg – 1 piece.
Berries – ½ cup.
Vegetable oil – ½ cup.
Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoons.
Salt – ¼ teaspoon.
Sugar – to taste.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Separately combine porridge, milk, egg and vegetable oil.

Next, these two masses need to be transferred into one container, add berries and mix.

The resulting dough should be distributed into muffin tins and cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
