Gravy can save any dish, especially if the porridge is very dry and sticks in your throat.
After such disappointment, you don’t really want to cook, and in order not to stand at the stove for a long time, but also not to go hungry, you can make gravy according to this simple recipe.
It can be served with any side dish.
In a heated frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.
Then add tomato paste and soy sauce, mix the ingredients and simmer the mixture for another 1 minute.
After this, you can add water in small portions, stirring the mixture all the time.
When there are no lumps left, you can add stewed meat, sugar and salt.
This sauce goes great with buckwheat porridge. Otherwise, it's suitable for any side dish.
Bon appetit!
