In fact, you can get by with a frying pan and make honey cakes simply on a gas stove.
The butter needs to be chopped in a blender, add honey, flour and a pinch of salt.
Heat a clean and dry frying pan on the stove, put the resulting crumbs in and fry them for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. It is necessary to break up large lumps so that the crumbs are fine.
Separately mix sour cream and condensed milk. Take a baking dish, line it with cling film, pour a thin layer of fried crumbs.
Then we pour it with cream of sour cream and condensed milk, then repeat the layers. The last layer should be of fried crumbs.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. During this time, it will soak, the cream will harden, and thanks to the cling film, the cakes can be easily removed from the mold.
