Today, to bake homemade bread, you don't have to fiddle around with dough or the oven for long. You just need to buy a mix - and the bread maker will do everything itself.
But if you don't have such a device, you can make do with a baking sleeve. The trick is that the bread or loaf will stay fresh for a long time. Here's the recipe.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm boiled water.
Separately sift the flour and mix it with salt. Then add the yeast mixture to this bowl and knead the dough.
As it is ready, add vegetable oil, and when the dough stops sticking to your hands, cover it with a towel and let it sit in a warm place for an hour.
After this, all that remains is to shape the future bread, place it in a baking sleeve, tie the sleeve on both sides and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius.
Bake the bread for 50 minutes.
Bon appetit!
