They are no different from the classic dish and are even tastier.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat to your taste - 1000 grams;
  • Onions - 2 pcs.;
  • Fresh garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Water with ice - 250 ml;
  • Kitchen salt;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Spices.

How to do:

Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, garlic, spices, beat and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Form the patties and place them on baking paper. Grease the paper with a little oil.

Another secret to juicy cutlets is to add crushed ice to the minced meat.

Pieces of ice in cold mince form solid inclusions, which, under the influence of temperature, begin to melt, and the mince manages to preserve these voids, filling with air. Melt water spreads over the mass of mince and "rests" on the already fried crust of breading. When baking, we make the melt water boil, thereby bringing the entire mass of the cutlet to the desired condition. Everything is juicy and delicious!

Bake until fully cooked at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
