To prepare such a treat, you will have to turn the egg patty over, but, as practice shows, it is not always possible to successfully complete what you started - most often the omelet falls apart into two parts, which makes it less appetizing.

A regular frying pan lid will fix the situation.

After one side of the omelette is browned, carefully transfer it to the lid - to do this, just move it from the pan. Now, using the lid, quickly and at once turn the omelette over to the other side - this is the only way it will not deform and will come out with a perfectly crispy crust.
