Before you put the fish in the frying pan, you need to do a few simple manipulations. The perfect dinner is easier to prepare than it seems.

First, the fish is washed and several deep cuts are made on the carcass. Then it is put aside and an onion is taken.

The vegetable is chopped in a blender or on a grater - whichever is more convenient. The onion mass is placed on gauze and the juice is squeezed out with its help.

The fish is immersed in the resulting liquid for 20 minutes. When the required time has passed, the fillet is rubbed with salt, favorite spices and placed in a frying pan.
