Lenten baked goods are not necessarily tasteless and reminiscent of diet bread with jam.

It is better to take small and seedless raisins for cookies. They need to be pre-soaked by pouring 1/2 cup of water and leaving for 2 hours.
Make a banana puree by mashing it with a fork or blender, add sugar and vegetable oil and raisins. Do not pour out the water from the raisins.
Mix flour, salt, spices and baking powder, add to the fruit mass and stir. If the mixture is very thick, you can add the water in which the raisins were soaked. The result should be a thick dough.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees, spread the dough into a muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
