How to fry kupaty correctly: not a single sausage will burst, and the juice will not leak out

It's hard to imagine a dinner that's easier to prepare than small fried sausages with spices and herbs.

However, many housewives are in no hurry to serve this dish, as they consider the frying process not so easy.

They can be understood - when they get into a hot frying pan, the kupaty burst, the juice flows out of them, and they lose their attractive appearance, and most importantly - their taste noticeably deteriorates.

However, if you follow a couple of tricks, such troubles will not be a problem for you.

To ensure that sausages retain their appetizing appearance and taste, experienced cooks advise freezing them before cooking.

According to them, the frozen shell will not burst, but will remain whole and unharmed.

If you don’t have time to freeze them, then before putting them in the frying pan, pour hot water over them (not boiling water).

Finally, there is another way to avoid rupturing the casing - if you pierce it with a needle in several places beforehand. However, in this case, apparently, you will have to say goodbye to the juice from the sausages.
