As a rule, it is much more profitable to buy products in large quantities. Tomato paste is no exception.
If you have opened a 0.5 or even 0.8 liter jar of tomato paste, the question arises: what to do with the remains?
In this case, many housewives choose a storage method such as freezing.
To do this, you will need a silicone mold for baking mini-muffins or other small-sized products, in each of the cells of which you should place 1 tablespoon of sauce.
Alternatively, use a silicone candy mold (in this case, the volume of each portion is approximately 1 teaspoon).
In a pinch, even an ice cube tray will do.
After freezing, such blanks easily come away from the walls of the mold.
Transfer them to a convenient container or a regular plastic bag and you can start freezing the next batch of pasta.
