Then you need to put the vegetable in salted water and cook for about five minutes.
Next, we put the potatoes in a previously prepared bowl with cold water. After a few minutes, we put the vegetable on a paper towel and dry it.

The dish is cooked for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Salt is added after the French fries come out of the oven.
