When it comes to cooking liver, many people believe that chicken by-products do not require any special approach.
There is some truth to this approach, as chicken liver almost always turns out decent.
It has no unpleasant smell or taste, and there is no need to remove its hardness. However, not every housewife gets a dish so delicious that it literally melts in the mouth.
If you want chicken liver to turn out perfect, then you should learn about an unusual way to cook it.
It is worth noting that the liver will need to be prepared. The offal is washed, all unnecessary parts are removed and sent to a bowl with milk for forty minutes. This stage can be skipped, but if you do not ignore it, the liver will turn out incredibly tender.
Then you need to take out the offal and treat it with a paper towel to remove excess milk. Then large pieces can be divided in half.
Next, prepare the breading. To do this, combine a chicken egg with 100 grams of flour, black pepper and salt. These ingredients are enough to bread half a kilogram of liver.
We process each piece with the resulting egg-flour mixture and fry until a crust forms. It is noteworthy that the dish will be tasty both cold and hot.
