Cooking fish carries the risk of serving your family or guests a dry dish that will not inspire admiration.
However, experienced cooks have found a way out. They have come up with a win-win option that everyone will like.
There's minimal work at the stove, and the aroma will whet your appetite. The flounder dish will look like it was cooked by a Michelin-starred chef.
The list of products consists of:
1. The flounder is gutted and finned. The fish is washed, dried with a napkin, and rubbed with salt and pepper.
2. Place the fish preparation in a baking dish and pour water in. The liquid level should reach 1.5 cm.
3. Flounder is baked for 20-25 minutes. at 190 °C.
4. While the fish is cooking, make the sauce. Press the garlic, mix it with finely chopped herbs and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
