A recipe for a roll that will outshine any cutlets: a juicy dish of minced meat with mushrooms

This recipe will make meatloaf a decoration for any table.

The dish is suitable for both festive gatherings and a regular dinner. The combination of mushrooms, minced meat and spices will delight even sophisticated gourmets.

The list of products consists of:

  • champignons – 350 g;
  • onions – 2 onions;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • salts;
  • black pepper (ground);
  • minced meat (pork and beef) – 650 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • spices for meat.

Preparation

1. Chop the onion and then fry it for 5 minutes in a preheated frying pan. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and mix with the onion. Salt, pepper the ingredients and simmer for 4 minutes.

2. The minced meat is separately combined with the egg, salt, pepper and spices. The product must be thoroughly kneaded.

3. Spread the food film on the table and place the meat ingredient on it. You should get a rectangle, the thickness of which does not exceed 1 cm.

4. Put the onion and mushroom filling on the prepared mince. Roll up the roll carefully using the film. Then remove it without fail.

5. Grease a baking dish with oil. Place the roll seam side down. Make several holes with toothpicks.

6. Brush the top of the roll with beaten egg and then bake for about 45 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
