First, put the chicken on to boil, and while the broth is cooking, knead the dough for the noodles.

To do this, you will need to separate the whites from the yolks of 5 eggs - to ensure the noodles are amber-colored and do not overcook, you should only use the yolks.

Add a pinch of salt and flour - as much as the dough requires. In the end, it should come out steep and dense, not soft, after which it should be divided into 4 parts.
