The preparatory stage will be classic: the liver will need to be washed and cleaned, since unnecessary components need to be removed.
Then each piece should be divided into two parts.
Take a large bowl, put the liver in it and pour milk over it. It is best to leave the offal in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, drain the milk and use a paper towel to remove any remaining moisture from the surface of the liver. Thoroughly coat each piece with flour.
Heat a frying pan with oil and lay out the liver in one even layer. Fry on both sides until an appetizing crust appears.
Then you need to add a little water (based on one glass of liquid per kilogram of liver). In about 7-8 minutes the dish will be ready.
