Making cappuccino or latte, or any other type of coffee with milk foam, is easy when you have a coffee machine at hand.
But even if your kitchen is not equipped with the necessary equipment, there is a chance to enjoy an amazing drink.
True, you won’t be able to do without any equipment at all – you’ll need a whisk or mixer, as well as a container for whipping milk.
And, of course, the milk itself – the fatter, the better. The ideal option is homemade.
So, it is enough to heat the milk until it is hot (do not boil), after which you can start whipping. When the product has thickened enough, transfer the foam into a cup of coffee and decorate with a topping - for example, caramel syrup.
And if you don’t want the foam to immediately fall off, use a few little tricks.
So, you should only add milk foam to a warm glass – in a cold container it will immediately settle.
It is better to carry out the whipping process in a deep container - this way you will protect yourself from splashes, holding the whisk, mixer or a simple fork, which, by the way, can also be used to whip milk, at an angle.
