However, not all housewives like to cook it because of the lengthy preparation time.

In order for peas to be soft and not cause difficulties in the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, it is customary to soak them for a long period of time.

But all these difficulties can be bypassed with one simple trick.

What does it consist of?

The peas will need to be sorted and washed several times first. Then we put them in a cooking container, pour in water and bring to a boil. This liquid will need to be drained without fail.

Then pour in water again. When the liquid boils, you will need to add four spoons of vegetable oil. The peas will need to be cooked under a lid on low heat for 20 minutes.

Remember that you cannot salt the peas, otherwise they will remain hard.
