Don't try to separate the pasta that's stuck together - it's a waste of time and the taste is impossible.
It is better to spend time and learn how to cook horns, spaghetti, noodles and other products once and for all. You only need to remember 5 things, and the pasta will no longer stick together.
These should be products made from durum wheat. Usually the information is indicated on the packaging, but if in doubt, pay attention to the color - it should be yellow or beige pasta.
Place the pasta in steep boiling water, that is, in bubbling water. The next important step: wait until the water boils after adding the spaghetti or other product, and only then turn the heat to medium and cook until done.
Pasta is bland by itself. To avoid oversalting, remember the proportion: 10 g per 1 liter of water. It is useless to salt ready-made pasta before serving.
After the pasta is in a pot of boiling water, stir it immediately. This should be done at least twice during the cooking process. Otherwise, the product will stick together or stick to the bottom of the pot.
If you cook products from different manufacturers all the time, read the instructions on the packaging. On average, it takes 5-7 minutes for the products to cook. Larger and denser products may require up to 12 minutes.
To prevent the pasta from overcooking and to keep it firm, turn off the heat 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking and leave it in the water, then strain.
