Cooking a whole piece of beef often ends in culinary failure.

So, the dish may turn out too tough. Or, on the contrary, too soft and not fully cooked.

How can you ensure that heat treatment of beef results in a tasty and juicy piece of meat?

To do this, the dish should be prepared in two stages. You cannot limit yourself to just frying in a frying pan or just baking in the oven.

The first stage of cooking

First, the meat should be processed in a frying pan. The product should be fried for some time in a small amount of vegetable oil.

The cooking process should continue until a solid crust forms on the whole piece of beef.

The second stage of cooking

The partially cooked meat should be removed from the pan and put into the oven. The result should be a very tasty and tender dish.

The dish will turn out excellent precisely due to the "double" processing (stove + oven). The first stage will help to preserve the meat juice, and the second - to bring the dish to full readiness.
