A light dish with added apple and peas will harmoniously complement any dinner.

This salad is easy to prepare and has ingredients that you can definitely find in your refrigerator.

List of products:

  • sauerkraut – 0.4 kg;
  • sweet and sour apple – 1 pc.;
  • ham or cooked sausage – 0.25 kg;
  • apple cider vinegar – 3 tablespoons;
  • sugar – 4 tablespoons;
  • canned peas – 120 g;
  • salt and black pepper (ground).

Preparation

1. First, you need to prepare a larger bowl. Place the sauerkraut in it.

2. Cut the apple and ham into cubes.

3. Next, prepare the dressing. Combine vinegar and sugar until completely dissolved.

4. Then assemble the salad. Add ham, apples, and peas to the cabbage. All that remains is to add salt, pepper, season, and mix.
