Ingredients:

  • mackerel – 1 pc.;
  • ketchup - tablespoon;
  • mayonnaise – tablespoon;
  • lemon juice – teaspoon;
  • vegetable oil;
  • nutmeg (crushed);
  • dried rosemary;
  • salt, pepper.

Preparation

1. First, you need to prepare the fish for cooking: remove the entrails and separate the head.
